The Beyond Investments was birthed in 2022, several years and many trips after founder Dre Taylor took a tour amongst hundreds of thousands of individuals who attended the Year of the Return in 2019. The Year of the Return marked the 400 Year Anniversary of Captured Africans from the Soil of Africa to be displaced throughout the Caribbean and the Americas.

2019 was the call to come back home and Disporians did in such great numbers. After 2019 was a success, 2020 was deemed Beyond the Return. After the call was answered to come back home Dre felt the need to look Beyond the Return and take the initiative to bring others to experience the unexplainable of touching the soil, experiencing the culture, the food, people, opportunities, and more.

Dre first Partnered with a Tour Company to bring back other diasporans to Ghana. During this process Dre saw the opportunity to look into Real Estate not only for himself but for others who were interested in living, investing, and visiting frequently. Dre Partnered with a retired Professor of Ghana of 20 years Michael “Toks” Williams out of Washington DC to form The Beyond Investments.

The Beyond Investments will house several Real Estate Developments, Commercial and Residential that will focus on Sustainability, Eco-Friendly Building while making a positive impact in the communities in which they will settle.
